Chettinad (Karaikudi area of Tamil Nadu) is a place where most of the Chettiyar community lives, and the ladies of this geography are famous for their excellent culinary skills. And for its Chettinad food festival, the Taj has flown in two of the Taj Connemara chefs who specialize in the Chettiyar style of cooking, Jaya Kumar and Mahesh Kumar. And the two chefs are all set to offer the very special items for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
