Dakshin, the South-Indian speciality restaurant of ITC Hotel The Kakatiya, is revamping its menu, and in this connection is organising a food festival of the region for the whole of April. Executive chef Chalapathi Rao will be taking utmost care in including both rare traditional items as well as modern dishes.
The new look menu includes Royyala Mamidikai Koora, Allam Kodi, Kappa, Pookose Melagu Peratti, Meen Moilee, Erachi Paichathu, Kozhi Melagu Curry, Meen Varuval, Chapa Pulusu, Mirapakai Kodi, Kozhi Porichathu, Cholapinji Milagu Varuval, Gongoora Mamsam, Avial, Urulai Vathakkal, Mukkala Pulusu, Daddojanam, Virundhunagar Veetchu Paratha, Ada Pradhaman, Rosappa Gulkandu, Paruppu Payasam, and many other dishes of the past.
