Archana Shah, an Ahmedabad-based designer, is presenting a collection of ethnic summer wear including salwar-kameez, T-shirts and pants as 'Bandhej', an exhibition-cum-sale at also. The regular 'Bandhini', bloc-prints with vegetable dyes, knitwear collection, casual and semi-formal pants and tops, all figure in this exhibition.
The salwar-kameez sets come in various patterns, colors and fabrics. Dresses for semi-formal occasions are also available. The salwar suits with dupatta and adorned with intricate designs are priced around Rs. 1,800 and the odinis in chiffon are priced at Rs. 395. A match would cost you Rs. 480.
You can also pick ethnic tops for jeans, skirts and pants. They are priced Rs. 430 onwards, and have comfortable styling with varied collars.
Last but not the least are the casual and formal wear like sarongs and long straight skirts, also available at Rs. 480.
