Kabab Factory is hosting an Awadh Food Festival from 1st to 30th November, at its restaurant in Banjara Hills. This festival is open a la carte for dinner between 7:00pm and 11:30pm. Executive Sous Chef Sujit Bose will be supervising the fest along with his team of experienced chefs.
Get set to experience the royal array of delicately flavored and finely smoked kababs, including Kakori Kabab, Lucknowi Chaamp, Murgh Wajad Ali, Dum Ki Nalli, Lagan ki Seekh, Murg Nawabi, with vegetarian delights - Dahi ke Kabab, Dohra Kumbh, Makkai ki Tikki, Koye Awadh, Kaale Chane ki Tikki and Kastoori Seekh. All these kebabs are made with rich ingredients such as khoya, cashewnuts, desi ghee and kesar, which are sure to cater to several discerning tastebuds, not to mention discerningly add to several waistlines.
And for a sweet ending, there's Apple Jalebi and Rabdi Lachchadar, along with the special Pedes of Brij.
