Hotel Taj Tristar is organising a food festival of Awadh cuisine, from 21st December to 13th January. Executive chef Ashaf Shetty, along with his assistant Rajesh Roy, will whip up an array of traditional vegetarian delicacies of Awadh, which will be available a la carte for dinner.
