Definetly i can say that sponsers are very great they are conducting tournments, giving them chance to prove their talent and even they are giving chance to select in higher stages like state level, district level, national level....and more. All the sponsers should encourage their talent and conduct more tournments. We want youngstars to bring forward where ever they are.

I request all sponsers to take more interest on young cricketers and conduct more and more tournments to prove themselves.so many cricketers are there those who don't get chance to play in their own team because the team management is taking money from the cricketers and one who doesn't pay they wont get chance to play.I request even the team management not to force for money who don't have at that time the team management should see their talent and give the oppurtunity to play in the team.
