David was visually impaired at birth, which was approximately also when he acquired
a taste for music. This 27-year-old started out by keeping the neighbours up playing
the bongo, at the age of five. And since then he has learnt to play the harmonium,
the violin, the flute, the tabla, the guitar, the accordion, the jal tarang
, the xylophone and the street organ. Did we mention that he's only 27?
At his first ever public performance at the Alliance Francaise, David will play
Russian classical pieces and also perform Beethoven's Sonata 7 and 8. He will
wrap up the evening with Beethoven's Moonlight.
The music concert will happen at the Alliance terrace. Please contact 2770-0734/35/36
