REVIEW FOR 4TH NATIONAL CONVENTION BY EXECUTIVE RECRUITERS ASSOCIATION
The 4th National Convention by the Hyderabad Chapter of ERA (Executive Recruiters Association) will be held at ITC Hotel Kakatiya today. Major issues of talent acquisition and its management confronting business leaders and the HR & recruiting fraternity today, will be discussed.
In the past, many organizations were successful in retaining people with competitive pay. Times have however changed drastically, and so are the factors that influence career moves. Despite the economic slowdown this year, Indian corporates are not prepared to give up their war for talent, feeling that the current blip is just a temporary phase. Further, organizations realize that they have to manage the talent supply for the long term. It is in this scenario that ERA's 4th National Convention attains significance.
The convention is an ideal platform for all the key stakeholders to meet, understand and discuss possible solutions for various issues that are bothering them. Issues such as attracting, engaging and retaining talent, attrition, and also how there could be collaboration between the stakeholders effectively, will be discussed.
